Results
The results of this
experiment showed that both Palmolive and comet do kill bacteria on sponges.
The results also showed that Palmolive killed more bacteria then comet
under the same conditions (see Figure 2). The inhibition area caused by
Palmolive was slightly higher than that caused by Comet, nevertheless Palmolive
cleaner achieved better results than Comet liquid gel cleaner The untreated
disks which served as the control, showed no signs of inhibition.
